Scouting America Swim Merit Badge

Several Scouts from Ship 5870 earned the Scouting America Merit Badge

 We covered swim strokes, man overboard drills, and survival at sea skills at Lake Forest Academy. 

Big Thanks to: 

our knowledgeable coaches, Mr. Mark Corter and Thomas Corter; 

Jon Schumacher for coordinating; Sonny for the support; 

and Sea Scout parents for the participation. 

We had a lot of fun learning about safety for ourselves and each other.
